What’s in your toolkit

  • HR Generalist (vs. specialist) experience in a hyper-growth and/or startup SaaS or similar environment, and have been a Senior-level HR Business Partner to Sales leadership and their teams. You come with strong knowledge of employee relations, federal and state employment laws, diversity, performance management, management training and project management.
  • A strong sense of judgement rooted in experience, such as knowing how to balance strategic partnership-building and getting things done, as well as knowing how to have a strong client focus while still being able to critically think and act through what’s best for those who matter the most - your people.
  • You thrive in the consultative vs transactional. To you, it’s not just about processing LOAs in a timely manner but about championing a company’s people culture and helping it thrive.
