Informed K12 “I-K12” software automates workflows for K-12 School Districts nationwide (currently CA, WA, TX and NY). By helping schools operate more efficiently and securely, I-K12 lightens the operational load for administrators via file management systems, process automation, and permission settings that track approval workflows.

Your Mission:
Be a consultative partner for school districts as they undergo digital transformation through Informed K-12 solutions. Help districts reimagine their critical processes so they can build more operational capacity. As you engage stakeholders to block inefficiencies through product adoption, you’ll train and empower districts to sustain a new path forward - one that blocks bottlenecks and elevates experiences for administrators, teachers, students and parents alike.

 

You Can Expect To: 

  • Own and manage multi-level district relationships from Superintendents and their Cabinet to Program Directors and Administrative Assistants. 
  • Design and execute strategic program roadmaps that drive maximum value rooted in district business goals
  • Work with the Customer Success Analysts to align on product workflows, and collaborate
  • Be the voice of the customer, gathering client and client feedback and feature requests in a clear, actionable way. 
  • Understand district pain points and partner with cross-functional teams to simplify, enhance, and automate existing processes that will improve customer workflow

 

Is This You?

  • 3+ years of customer success / account management at a SaaS company; preferably high-growth startup 
  • Identifying sustainable solutions through curiosity and collaboration is a given
  • You know how to set expectations with logic and constructive communications
  • Diligent in project management, and data-driven in prioritizing work 
  • You care. You care immensely about the impact of your work; and incorporating customer voices into product roadmaps
