Your Mission:

A Customer Growth Marketing Staff Analyst is a critical role within the Marketing function, in charge of analyzing and interpreting analytics data and building customer marketing models. This individual will be able to take projects from start to finish with excellent outcomes. This analyst will focus on key drivers of customer acquisition and drive insights that will fuel customer growth in 2022 and beyond. For example, draw insights from web traffic data and recommend changes for engineering and product teams to implement in order to improve traffic performance. In addition, this person will be the point person for conducting growth audits, simulations (A/B) testing and experiments to improve process, BDR optimization, conversion rate and overall performance.

Utilize Your:

  • Business acumen – understands key challenges facing our business and partners with key stakeholders to find creative ways to apply data science to solve them; connects dots between data & business outcomes, can work with senior leadership to take a project and be able to execute from start to finish
  • Data Analytics skills – able to identify, measure, model, and impact the important metrics needed to manage and monitor the Payments business. Additionally able to build Tableau dashboards, launch exploratory analyses, deploy clustering models and run A/B tests. Has extensive experience in modeling.
  • Attention to detail – appropriately checks all work for errors and does not let important details slip when it comes to data and its accuracy
  • Creative problem solving - able to use creativity and curiosity as tools to pick apart any problem, producing a solution which is relevant and realistic
  • Efficiency – able to quickly iterate on data generation and refinement. Looks for ways to improve processes to maximize efficiency and remove redundancy

Key Requirements:

  • Min bachelor’s degree with a preference in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business & Management/MBA, Computer Science, Master’s Degree preferred
  • Eight (3) or more years of experience in a combination of the following areas: Consulting, Research, Corporate Strategy, Banking, Private Equity, Marketing, Data Science etc.
  • Familiarization with Machine Learning techniques and Scored models.
  • Strong business acumen and experience in a business setting.
  • Strong Tableau, SQL, R and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Listening and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business terms
  • Can work with stakeholders to drive business outcomes
  • Will own and drive customer growth within marketing and be looked to as the expert
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
