Your Mission:

SuperAwesome is seeking a Brand Strategist with a real know-how for branded gaming experiences and a passion for kid-safe partnerships. Bring award winning concepts that can bring brands and target users together in a fresh, fun and credible way. Creativity and credibility will go hand in hand as you partner with sales, clientele and cross-functional teams alike. Data is your friend in every phase of your campaign concepts and creations, period.

You Can Expect To:

  • Create and present thoughtful and provocative creative solutions based on insights from consumer research and marketplace data 
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of category and competitive activity and keep a finger on the pulse of existing and emerging consumer and cultural trends
  • Partner with sales, creative services, and product teams to develop disruptive ideas and experiences at multiple customer touch-points that breakthrough in the category 
  • Collaborate with sales to develop new and innovative opportunities to increase revenue 
  • Work with internal stakeholders from briefing through creative concepts, and bring fresh thinking to the ideation process 
  • Analyze data and research from internal marketing teams to find unique whitespace opportunities that inspire creative solutions
  • Act as a generational translator, identifying how brands can take advantage of whitespace to solve individual marketing challenges
  • Inform product development based on client feedback and performance

Who You Are:

  • 3-5+ years of brand strategy, creative strategy or content strategy experience
  • Strong writer, researcher and creative thinker 
  • Excellent communicator and storyteller 
  • Highly organized 
  • Detail oriented with strong project management skills 

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with U16 audience and their digital habits 
  • Experience with gaming content, platforms and brand integration
