3 Things About This Role:

  • You will be a sought-out advisor and talent partner with our clients, which are primarily rapid growth tech start-ups building cross-functional teams.
  • You will be carrying our candidates as carefully and deliberately as you would a raw egg.
  • Daily, you’ll be working internally with your DK Team, and externally with candidates and client companies’ leadership teams.

3 Things In An Ideal Candidate:

  • You’re organized in a way that not only are your own tasks on-point even on the craziest of days, you also often stay one step ahead of what others around you need to do. And tech platforms are your friend, period.
  • You’re a natural problem-solver when it comes to identifying hurdles and developing recruiting strategies. This includes anticipating breaks and communicating with everyone involved proactively.
  • You are a recruiting pro, with the ability to work under pressure where ambiguity is a constant.
